Magali

A master moulinier with a great sense of taste

Magali succeeds to her father and has become like him a master moulinier. Her passion for olive trees and her taste for for olive oil flavors naturally brought her to become an official taster as a member of the jury of the Protected Origin Appelation of the Baux de Provence Valley.

Magali shares her talents and knowledge about the benefits of olive oil with Provençal cuisine lessons at the Mas Saint Jean.

A manager attached to her traditions

After her business school Anne, the eldest daughter of the family, was handed the keys of the "Moulin Saint Jean". She has been handling for several years the commercial and communication development of the company. Anne whose smile illuminates the "Moulin Saint Jean" has been rocked since her childhood in an atmosphere of hard work and tradition. She has inherited the taste for quality, and the traditional culture of Provence as she loves to share.
